Hi Lana ...

We had a WONDERFUL trip.  The flight from Edmonton to Toronto to Amsterdam was excellent (both ways). 

Globus tour director (Paul) met us at the airport and from then on, the holiday began to shape into a terrific experience.  The scenery was awesome and the activities well planned and worth while - Glenn and I were treated royally. 

Thank you, Lana, for doing the legwork for the flights and Globus tour.  We had a great time.

Hi Terri Jo,
The cruise was wonderful although I have to admit we really missed the beach:)  Our flights were on time and the transfers from the airport, to the pier, and back to the airport were all very well organized and easy to find.  Checking onto the ship was amazingly easy....lots of employees every step of the way to make sure we got to where we needed to be.  Once on the ship, we quickly found our cabins, which were more spacious than we had expected, and very comfortable.  The ship was huge and it took a day or two before we really knew which way to turn to get to where we wanted to go...lol:)  The buffets were good, and we ate our breakfasts and lunches there.  The dining room was amazing....fabulous food and terrific service.  In Key West we explored the shops within walking distance of the pier and in Grand Cayman we took a taxi to Seven Mile Beach....all I can say about that beach is WOW!!  It is definitely on the list of places Claude and I want to spend more time at.  So, once again, you planned an absolutely wonderful vacation for us!

We had a fantastic time in the Mayan Riviera.  The Grand Sunset Princess hotel was an absolute palace!  We did two excursions - an all day trip to Sian Kaan and a snorkeling trip.  Had a wonderful time.  Thank you very much for making all the arrangements.  Everything went very smoothly, the wedding was beautiful.

There is still one more lady here from our group so I will only be alone for Thursday and Friday.  I went out to the airport this morning to see if there was someone at the LUF desk I could speak with, but it was closed and I waited around until 9:30.  Their website seems pretty much up to date so I will keep checking it.

Thanks again for the phone call and all your help ... it is so reassuring to have you on that end!  Everyone in my group booked their tour on line and now have travel agent envy!!  It is a good lesson in always going to a professional!

The room at the Marriott was lovely.  According to Steve the trip home went more smoothly than our original date of departure when all 3000 of our cruise buddies were leaving, LOL! It was a long day to get home, but it was without incident.

Just letting you know we had a great time in Cuba.  For the first time we have ever been to an all inclusive I was really pleased with the service, the facilities and we didn't find the food that bad either.  My favorites were the Cuban dishes:  black bean soup, fish and potato dishes.  The a la carte restaurants were all good with the exception of the French where I had a lobster bisque that was a bit questionable.

I would recommend the Paradisus for having the variety of a la carte restaurants, tasty buffets and the staff who were willing to bend over backwards to accommodate.  The entertainment was great, they had a girl band playing every day, an orchestra and other entertainment which was great.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for recommending the El Dorado Royale as our Mayan getaway this year.  We absolutely LOVED it.  The food was unbelievable, the room was beautiful with a stunning view of the ocean, and the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. 

We spent most of our days just lounging by the pool in those comfortable poolside beds, staring at the ocean on the beach and then relaxing in the insuite Jacuzzi before dinner.  Our exercise came in the form of beach volleyball once (sometimes twice) a day...and we did actually make it to the gym at least a few days during our stay. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the beachside massage - it was wonderful. 

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic, adult only getaway.  Thanks again and we'll definitely be in touch should we end up planning another holiday this year.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that Joe and I had a fantastic time on the cruise. The upgrade to the suite was lovely and we had an amazing room with so much space we often didn't want to leave.

The service was really spectacular as well. We would definitely go on another cruise with Celebrity. This was our first cruise and I was not sure if Joe would enjoy himself being so confined on a ship but he said he could have stayed for a month.

Thanks again for a great trip. Terri Jo we have never been disappointed and I think we need to consider a Mediterranean cruise with this line next year.  There was one around Australia we saw as well. I might even convince Joe to try snorkeling as he even went swimming in the ocean on this trip!

Bonjour Terri Jo,

We just got back from our vacation this morning at 4am. We had such a wonderful time!  We can't thank you enough for making everything so easy.

Things went as smooth as possible.  We especially want to thank you for booking us into first class on the trains.  We loved travelling the rails.

Lots of room for our luggage etc.  We have experienced so many different things over the past 4 weeks and our kids have had a chance to see that there is a great big wonderful world out there!  At times it felt like we were on The Amazing Race (one of our favorite tv shows)!

We had a wonderful cruise on the Azamara.....it was truly a wonderful experience.....we enjoyed ourselves immensely....the ship, the food, the entertainment, the captain and the crew were all so wonderful....the captain being present all the time...we have never been on a cruise before where we can greet the captain in the lunch room...he and his wife even had lunch with Remi and Gilles....and the Captain is certainly a refletion of his crew....everything went very smoothly and you could feel the friendly atmosphere all the time...We would certainly recommend Azamarra any time and have been praising this cruise line to our family and friends....Thank you again for organizing this for us.
