Hey Gary, 
Thanks very much for the card, that was very nice.
The trip was really amazing, such an experience and exceeded my expectations! 
The hotels were all really great. Transfers were great as well, couldn't have asked for much better.  We were really happy overall and both felt like we got to experience the bigger part of Guatemala and were happy we travelled around and stayed in different parts of the coutnry.
Thank you so very much again for everything, we really really appreciate all the work you put in to making this trip happen.
