Request or Complaint Procedure

If you wish to verify or correct the personal information that Travel Time Inc. has on file OR make a formal complaint about our privacy practices, you may make it in writing to our Privacy Policy Manager. She will acknowledge receipt of your complaint, ensure that it is investigated promptly and that you are provided with a formal decision and reasons in writing.

When Requesting Information

A fee may be charged to retrieve and provide the information to you.

If contacting us by email, please include "Privacy Information request" in the subject line. Please provide your name, day and evening telephone numbers where you may be reached and the best time to contact you. We do not provide or discuss your personal information with you via email as it is an un-secure medium of communication.

To proceed with your request we will require your full name, complete address and other identifying information. Once we have verified your identity, and confirmed what information you are requesting, we will if able to, under PIPA/PIPEDA rules:

• - Make a best effort to collect the information you requested.
• - Assemble the information we have.
• - Provide the information in written/printed format.
• - Mail the information to you or you may personally pick up the information at our Calgary office.
