The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) encourages members to provide the highest quality of travel services to the public and stipulates guidelines for relations between ACTA members. Membership in ACTA is a sign of this commitment to the highest standards of professional competence and integrity and merits the confidence of the travelling public.

The International Air Transport Association's (IATA) aim is to help airlines help themselves by simplifying processes and increasing passenger convenience while reducing costs and improving efficiency. An affiliation with IATA allows Travel Time Consultants to make one telephone call to reserve a ticket, pay in one currency and then use the ticket on several airlines in several countries.

Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is the world’s largest cruise association and is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry. Travel agencies affiliated with CLIA and display the CLIA seal are identified as authorities on selling cruise vacations.

While engaged in many projects, ARTA's primary activities center around providing educational and training opportunities to all levels of agents, and representation of their point of view before industry, government, and consumer organizations.

Travel Time Inc. (BC) is licensed by Consumer Protection BC.  Consumer Protection BC is a not-for-profit corporation that protects consumers and encourages a fair marketplace in British Columbia.
